THE APEX TECHNOLOGY^TM

The A.P.E.X. Technology^TM is a unique, proprietary technology used to reduce and recover hydrocarbons from oily sludge and contaminated soil INCLUDING fine solid particles of less than 40 microns. The A.P.E.X. Technology^TM uses an extremely efficient washing procedure. The process does not require solvents, and operates under inexpensive, moderate conditions. Furthermore, a mobile, turnkey A.P.E.X. system is capable of processing up to 40 tons of petroleum sludge and contaminated soil per hour!

The A.P.E.X. Technology^TM meets both United States EPA and Canadian disposal standards for oil field and refinery wastes. It is also a World Bank approved technology.

REFINERY WASTE TREATMENT

Utilizing the A.P.E.X. Technology refinery wastes ranging from tank bottoms, API sludge, tank farm gravel and other oil contaminated materials including 40-50 year old sludge pits have been successfully treated. Solids have met onsite backfilling requirements, and the resulting oil recovery has provided oil up to 99% pure oil bs&w.<

DRILLING WASTE TREATMENT

The A.P.E.X. Technology^TM plant is able to treat Drilling Waste from both on-shore and off shore Drilling operations. Both Water-based and Oil-based (OBM) drill cuttings are treated to meet the tough local environmental standards for disposal of the solids. Process water is used in the facility in a closed loop, excess water is being treated and recycled in the process. Produced solids remaining from all the processed waste materials have met the project specification.
